The tabs on the right side of the pages, that helps teach children how to look up things at an early age, is a good idea. The rabbit tab leads to a two page section about rabbits. "Rabbits dig tunnels and holes called burrows. They eat herbs, tree bark, and vegetables. One mother rabbit can have as many as eight babies in her burrow." A two page spread shows rabbit burrows full of rabbits (adults and babies) sleeping, eating, and interacting under a grass covered earth. A good early resource to encourage children to learn about animals and how to look up animals by visual reference. One concern is that it might cause confusion later when it is not so easy to look up animals in other books.
