Pop-up story of a curious wide-mouthed frog who likes to eat flies and decides to investigate what other animals enjoy eating. He meets a bird eating worms, a rat devouring cherries and other miscellaneous crumbs, and also an alligator not eating but with an appetite for wide-mouthed frogs. This frog thinks quickly and becomes a small-mouthed frog. The story ends with his big get away.
This is a great book for a read aloud storytime. This pop-up book will excite children and motivate them to handle books... this one, however, does tear easily.
